At HUMEDIT Co., Ltd., we will be recruiting general employees and clinical laboratory technicians for the 2025 new graduate recruitment.

Recruitment Details

Job Positions and Duties [General Employee]
Those who join as general employees will be engaged in various roles such as sales, general affairs, labor affairs, sales administration, and web designers after joining the company.
In sales, you will mainly be engaged in corporate sales, introducing genetic analysis services such as NIPT (Non-Invasive Prenatal Testing) to hospitals and clinics, and proposing business partnerships. Your main tasks will include responding to referrals and inquiries from customers, with no cold calling involved. Additionally, we do not impose quotas on individuals or require overtime for that purpose, which is a characteristic of our sales. This position is perfect for those who want to build a career from scratch, and we welcome those who enjoy interacting with people! Seniors will provide thorough guidance and support! The location of work will be either at the Tokyo headquarters or the Osaka sales office, and you can choose the one closest to your residence. There is no relocation required. Furthermore, for roles other than sales, you will be engaged in office work related to medical matters at the Tokyo headquarters as a back office for medical insurance organizations. Additionally, for those with IT skills, you will work as a web designer, focusing on front-end tasks such as creating clinic websites, flyers, banners, and business cards. This role is also based at the Tokyo headquarters, and remote work is not available. Please be aware of this in advance.

[Clinical Laboratory Technician]
Those who join as clinical laboratory technicians will work at our testing facilities operated by the company. You will primarily conduct genetic tests, but depending on your abilities and preferences, you may also be responsible for accuracy management, reagent management, and collaborative testing operations with overseas entities. One of the appealing points of our company is that even if you fail the national examination, you can work as a testing assistant while preparing for the next exam!
Selection Method and Key Points We would like to carefully talk with students during the selection process. We will conduct web interviews via Zoom and face-to-face interviews. The key point in the selection process is personality! Please relax and showcase your character.
Expected Number of Hires for This Fiscal Year 2024 Fiscal Year: 7 (Planned)

Starting Salary College Graduates: ¥210,000
*Includes overtime allowance for 5 hours per month

Salary Increase, Bonuses, and Allowances Salary Increase: Once a year
Bonuses: Three times a year (March, July, November) (Last year's actual results were equivalent to 3 months)
